Lady Perks received her initial barrel racing training and start from Dena Kirkpatrick of Post, Texas. Dena is a World Futurity Champion barrel racer and trainer as well as an AQHA Champion barrel racer and trainer. Dena had previously trained and competed on our great young mare Levin Lucille ( Lucy ). In 1999 Dena and Lucy had a very successful Futurity Year. Dena and Lady Perks were Futurity Money Earners in 2004.

Lady Perks has been an outstanding and very proven barrel horse. Since June, 2004 Lady Perks has been ridden by Rayel Robinson, a FOUR TIME Canadian Finals Champion, and 2 TIME NFR QUALIFIER. Since mid August, 2004 until December 1st, 2005, Rayel and LADY PERKS have won $133,322.51 in prize money !! AMAZING !! This does not take into account the multiple saddles, buckles, bronzes, spurs, horse blankets, jewelry, and 2005 Dodge 1 Ton Dually...and CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES ! Rayel and Lady Perks will continue to compete together in the upcoming year .
